United Food Technologies AG offers a full package of services in support of your business concept. The services on offer cover the entire value-adding chain of a fish production plant, from the technology, research and development, over the production, through to marketing and customer care:
- Preparation of project studies, economic feasibility calculations and location analyses
- Construction and operation of recirculation fish farming systems
- Ongoing research and development activities, the results of which are made available to operators (technology transfer)
- Online monitoring of optimum farm functional capability, particularly with regard to hygiene standards
- Complete service package incl. management training, maintenance and the supply of spare parts, the sale of fish feed and young fish, and
- the refinement and marketing of the fish produced by these farms, in particular sturgeon and caviar (over our world-wide network of co-operation partners).
