Permanently guaranteed quality
United Food Technologies AG pursues a strategy of permanent quality assurance, as its own products, together with fish and caviar produced by investors, are marketed under the Baerial label.
To ensure that these products can continue to be marketed successfully, United Food Technologies AG has set itself the goal of permanently implementing total quality management. Elements of this total quality management concept, in addition to dedicated training of management staff and workers employed by the farm operators, include technical support and regular servicing of the plants by specialist personnel from United Food Technologies AG.
As well as these technical measures, regular biological tests of fish stocks are conducted by United Food Technologies AG staff to make sure that consistent fish quality levels can be guaranteed.
